- General stability and performance improvements are included in the update to enhance player experience.
WWE 2K25 has just released update 1.06, which focuses on many visual and gameplay aspects. It's been less than a month since WWE 2K25 came out following all the positive reviews from critics and fans, where the game has been considered by many as a step-up from previous entries in the franchise. However, even as this stands true, many bugs and issues continue to plague this year's iteration.
One huge talking point that the community has had is the various spelling errors found in WWE 2K25. Fans have accused the developers of using AI to generate the design, although some people have defended that perhaps 2K Games and Visual Concepts utilized some upscaling techniques but merely failed to check the results thoroughly. While these aren't gamebreaking at all, players have mentioned that it ruins the in-game immersion as simple errors such as "Hustle, Loalty, Repect" and "Phenomenal Ons" can be seen from some of the more famous characters. However, the latest patch addresses one more fix regarding this issue, among others.

As reported on the WWE 2K25 website, patch 1.06 continues the pattern that WWE 2K25's patch 1.05 began by correcting AJ Styles' tights design. While fans continue to find more spelling errors within the game, it's good that the developers are addressing these, even if it seems to be one at a time. In fact, many of the fixes introduced in patch 1.06 have a lot to do with graphical concerns. Whether it's MyGM brands displaying incorrectly, The Island's player banners not showing properly, or even things like character likenesses, the newest update has amended these issues.
WWE 2K25's Latest Patch Fixes Bray Wyatt's and The Rock '01's Entrances
In addition to these graphical issues, some bug fixes regarding entrances were also introduced in this latest patch. There have been reports of Bray Wyatt '23 having an incorrect entrance on certain match types and that has been addressed. Within the creation suite, custom videos are now unlocked for those experiencing problems with it. In addition, The Rock '01's motion failing to unlock has been corrected as well. It seems The Rock's WWE 2K25 issues may be getting fixed one by one.
As with every update, general stability and performance improvements are being reported, although players aren't really sure what that entails. Still, WWE 2K25 is on the path to becoming one of the best wrestling games on the market if it can resolve many of the existing issues. Fans are already looking forward to the wave of DLC for WWE 2K25 and once the release date for those approaches, more patches are sure to come out for compatibility issues. For now, the WWE 2K25 development team seems to be taking one step at a time in trying to get everything perfect.
